We love having your child as a student at Ethos Academy and hope you choose to return for the 2021- 2022 school year. Because enrollment is limited, we want to make sure that your child has a space reserved for next year.
Please complete the intent to return form attached below for EACH of your children who currently attend Ethos Academy in grades K through 7th, 8th graders who will be moving to high school next year will not need to complete the form.
Intent to Return Form for 2024-2025 school year
If you have a child who will be entering Kindergarten or a sibling applying into another grade, you must contact Ms. Berenice student registrar at 623-249-3211 ext. 1102 to start your enrollment process.
Please note that there will be no guaranteed space reservations for students who do not complete their intent to return the form.
